Worked with project attorneys, traffic engineers, property appraisers
and client to establish “taking” value for corridor
of land to be used for a highway in Medford, Oregon. Generated
alternative designs in the “before condition”; presentation
to jury of same.
Worked with traffic engineer, property appraiser, and project
attorney to establish “taking” value for remainder
parcels of industrial land in the Redwood Highway Corridor,
City of Grants Pass. Developed computer generated alternative
concept designs, evaluated development potential of remainder
parcels, prepared computer generated concept plan panels to
show the impact of the “taking” upon the development
potential of the property, presentation of panels to the jury,
and separate presentation to the judge in a closed session.
Coordinated with testimony of traffic engineer, property appraiser,
and project attorneys to establish "taking" value
for remainder parcel of industrial land in Third Bridge Corridor,
City of Grants Pass. Preparation of computer-aided alternative
concept designs, and evaluation of development potential. Presentation
to owners and witness team in booklet format, and presentation
to jury in slide format.
